Study on Results of Cooperation under the Current Swedish Strategy for Development with Serbia, January 2009 - December 2012

The Embassy of Sweden in Belgrade contracted InTER to conduct an outcome assessment of the current Swedish Cooperation Strategy with Serbia, to serve as an input in elaborating the main areas of interest for the forthcoming strategy. The outcome assessment consisted of three elements:
1. General assessment and analysis;
2. Assessment and analysis of the most important areas of cooperation, based on programme and project documents, assessment memoranda, monitoring, follow-up, audit and evaluations; and
3. Summary of conclusions and recommendations from sections 1 and 2.

The assignment took place from September to November 2011, when the final report was delivered to Embassy officials.
